We don't just spray and pray; we take a smarter approach.
Our Four-Season Pest Protection plan is based on an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategy, which focuses on addressing the root causes of pest problems—finding harborage sites, sealing entry points, reducing attractants, and maintaining an exterior barrier to prevent new pests from ever making it inside.
Pests follow food, warmth, and moisture, and our job is to break that cycle. We use a combination of preventive treatments, exclusion techniques, and eco-conscious solutions to stop infestations before they start. Our recurring service plans provide ongoing protection, seasonal adjustments, and expert monitoring to ensure long-term results. And if pests ever do sneak in? We’re ready to act fast.
We take a strategic, scientific approach to keeping unwanted guests out; identifying the root causes of infestations and addressing them at the source. Every treatment is precise, targeted, and designed to minimize disruption to your home and family.
Your first service includes a thorough interior and exterior treatment to target existing pests where they are, and protect against future infestations. Severe infestations may require additional follow-up visits, but don't worry; that's why we're here.
After your initial service, we return every three months to reinforce the barrier, so pests stay out—no guesswork, no mater what the season brings. And if anything pops up between visits? We’ll come back at no extra charge.

As temperatures rise in spring, pests like ants, termites, and spiders become more active. This is also when mosquitoes begin to emerge, seeking out standing water to lay eggs. Your first service of the year will target early-season pests and help prevent the establishment of nests or colonies around your home.
Summer is when pest activity really picks up in Ohio. You’ll see a rise in mosquitoes, ants, flies, and even wasps looking for food and shelter. This is also the time when rodents are most likely to seek shelter indoors to escape the heat. Your quarterly service will ensure that common summer pests are kept under control, protecting your home from invasions.
As the weather cools in fall, rodents such as mice and rats begin seeking warmth inside homes. This season also sees a rise in boxelder bugs and stink bugs looking for places to hibernate. During this service, we will focus extra attention toward identifying and treating vulnerable entry-points to prevent wintertime infestations.
During the cold winter months, heat radiates from your house, announcing it's cozy presence to unwanted guests. Pests—especially rodents—will be persistent seeking warmth. Additionally, The final service of the year will ensure that any hidden harboring pests are eradicated, preventing them from reproducing when spring rolls around again.
