Home Wellness Advisor

Identify solvable problems. Offer reasonable solutions.

As a Home Wellness Advisor, you'll be the first responder when we are called to action. You'll be trained to identify common pests, structural entry points, conducive conditions, and a spectrum of remedies.

When you arrive to a home, the homeowner has sought help because, whether proactively or reactively, they want peace of mind in their own home. You get to be the one who figures out what's wrong, how to fix it, and ultimately restore peace.

You'll never be asked to do high pressure sales. Our customers don't want that, and that's not what we're about. You'll know what to look for, which solutions are appropriate, and how to relay relevant information to a technician.

Ideal candidates enjoy solving puzzles, are empathetic, pay attention to detail, and communicate effectively

Home Wellness Technician

As a Home Wellness Technician, you are the hero who saves the day. You’ll be trained to eliminate pests, fortify homes against future invasions, and advise customers on their role in pest prevention.

When you arrive at a home, the homeowner is counting on you to solve a problem—whether it’s an active infestation or a proactive defense against future pests. You’ll use your expertise to assess the situation, apply the right treatments, and ensure long-term protection.

This isn’t just about bugspray—it’s about smart, targeted solutions. You’ll follow proven Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies to address the root causes of pest issues while using responsible, effective treatments.
